Wholesale Copper Sinks, LLC reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.  For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us on this website.

SHOPPING WITH US
Wholesale Copper Sinks is dedicated to offering you the highest quality products at a fair price and exceptional customer service.  Our goal is to make your shopping experience a great one that will keep you coming back time after time.  Should you ever have a question, feel free to send us an e-mail or call us toll free and we will promptly answer any questions you have.

PLACING AN ORDER
For your purchasing convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover through PayPal.  Or, if you prefer, you can pay by personal check through PayPal.  Please note that all transactions are charged immediately upon receive of your order.  For payments by check, your order will be processed once your check has cleared.  Payments via PayPal are processed through our shopping cart.
When placing an order online, please double check your order for accuracy.  If you are not certain please contact our customer service for clarification.  Please note that we cannot pay for errors made by customers.  Once your order has shipped, all shipping and restock fees will apply.

DELIVERY
Typically, our orders are delivered within in 5-7 business days for in-stock items.  Certain high demand items may occasionally be out of stock.  If an item is not in stock, it will normally take 5-6 weeks to deliver to your door.  Remember, all of our sinks and tubs are handmade, not stamped!

SHIPPING POLICIES
We use DHL , Fed EX or UPS and work with them to get you the best price to your location.  Should you like to get an idea of freight to your location before placing your order, please provide us with your ZIP Code either by phone or by e-mail and we will get you the appropriate information.  Shipping is additional to the price of your purchase and is calculated at the time of checkout when you are buying online.  Our shipping charges are based on the continental U.S. excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  For shipping to other countries, please call to discuss shipment requirements.  Please note, free shipping is included for purchases of $550 or more excluding orders of bulk items and tub orders. 

SHIPPING DAMAGE
All defective or damage claims must be reported within 3 business days of the receipt of your order.  Damage claims are not valid with carriers after 3 days or receipt and we cannot be responsible for charges due to these claims after this said time. 
Damaged merchandise will be replaced.  Please allow 7 business days to rectify the matter.  Wholesale Copper Sinks will only be liable for replacing the product you purchased from us and not any labor charges associated with installation or removal of the item.

REFUND POLICY
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, please return the merchandise in NEW and UNUSED condition in its original packing box within 30 days of shipping and we gladly refund your purchase less a 25% restocking fee and shipping fees. Before shipping the product back to Wholesale Copper Sinks, we must approve and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please note that no merchandise will be refunded unless an approved RMA # is issued by us.

All merchandise returned to Wholesale Copper Sinks must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions before it can be shipped back.  Please e-mail or call our Customer Service department for this information.  For all custom designed sinks, there will be no refunds issued due to the custom nature of the sink, unless damaged in shipment. 

CREDIT FOR YOUR RETURN
We always do our best to process your return expediently.  Please allow up to 15 business days from the time Wholesale Copper Sinks receives the item you have returned to process and apply your credit.

From time to time there may be information on our Web Site or in our catalog that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Wholesale Copper Sinks, LLC reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
